Agreement
These terms cover your use of theprimeglobal.online and any work carried out by The Prime Global. By using the site or engaging us, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Services
We offer digital marketing including Google Ads management, Instagram and Facebook advertising, search engine optimisation and website development. The scope, deliverables, timing and fees for each project are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms if the two differ.
Your part
- Give us accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need.
- Make sure any content, images or logos you supply are yours or properly licensed.
- Ensure your products, services and offers comply with the law and with advertising platform policies.
- Pay ad platforms directly for ad spend unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment
- Monthly services are invoiced in advance at the start of each period unless agreed differently.
- Website projects normally need a deposit before work starts, with the remainder due at agreed stages or before launch.
- Invoices are due within the time shown on them. Work may pause on overdue accounts.
- Fees exclude applicable taxes, which are added where required.
- Advertising spend is separate from our fees and paid by you to the platform.
Results
We bring our skill and experience to every project, but marketing outcomes depend on many things we cannot control, including demand, competition, platform algorithms, pricing and customer behaviour. We therefore cannot guarantee particular rankings, traffic, leads, sales or returns.
Outside platforms
Our work depends on services run by others, such as Google, Meta, hosting companies and content management systems. We are not responsible for their changes, outages, account decisions or charges, although we will help you deal with such issues where we reasonably can.
Ownership
- When a project is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables made specifically for you, such as website design and custom content, passes to you.
- We keep ownership of our existing tools, templates, methods and know-how, and grant you a licence to use any that form part of your deliverables.
- Unless you ask us not to, we may name your business and show non-confidential work in our portfolio.
- The content of this website belongs to The Prime Global and may not be copied without permission.
Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information private and use it only to deliver the services. This continues after our work together ends.
Ending services
Monthly services roll on until cancelled. Either side may end them with 30 days' written notice unless another period has been agreed in writing. We may stop work immediately if invoices remain unpaid after reminders or if these terms are seriously broken. When services end, we hand over account access and any paid-for completed work.
Liability
As far as the law allows, The Prime Global is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the three months before the claim arose.
Using the website
Please do not misuse this site, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code or copying content for commercial use. Information on the site is general and may change without notice.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any disagreement through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the courts where The Prime Global is registered will have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time, with changes taking effect when published here. Signed agreements already in place are unaffected unless both sides agree.
